We have built a state-of-the-art service facility here at Chunky River. We have a total of 127 (yes, I said 127) years of combined expertise in the field of Harley-Davidson service. Our technicians are highly skilled mechanics and all four have up-to-date training through Harley-Davidson University's excellent educational programs.

| BOB, over 45 years of service, has been working on Harley-Davidson® motorcycles since he was 14. He is now 57; you do the math. He is a guru when it comes to troubleshooting. He's a little testy and doesn't like it when his parts are on backorder, but he's old and we love him anyway. I'd trust my bike to him anytime, anywhere. We're lucky he puts up with us. |

He is coming up on 45 years of service experience on Harley-Davidson® bikes. Randy has absolutely "no comebacks." That means that when he fixes it, it's fixed. Go Randy! He hears real well, so be careful what you say. |
